To be recognised like this, less than a year since we launched, is something we’ll never take for granted. This award belongs to the whole team. Every single person who’s been part of this journey so far. Every care provider who believed in us. Every early supporter who backed us before we had a name.

Why This Matters
We started Care Launch in October 2024 with one clear goal:
To break the misconceptions of care and help providers grow through meaningful marketing.
We launched the business in just 12 weeks, took a financial leap of faith to exhibit at the Care Show in Birmingham, and signed our first client before we even had a website. It was scrappy, ambitious and full of purpose from day one.
Since then, we’ve grown into a 12-person team, working with care organisations across the UK. We’ve run campaigns that have reached millions, helped providers increase occupancy and visibility, and built real momentum behind changing how care is seen and understood.
This award isn’t just a milestone for our team, it’s a sign that care sector marketing is being recognised for the impact it can have.
We believe the stories coming out of care homes are some of the most powerful, moving and important stories in the country. They deserve to be seen, shared and celebrated. And the incredible people behind those stories (carers, managers, families, residents) deserve better marketing support than they’ve had in the past.
This award helps validate the work that’s happening in the sector. It tells us we’re not just on the right track - we’re helping set a new standard.
